Provides affordable housing, residential treatment, social support, homeless outreach and support (MCHOME), family outreach, and supported education and employment services (SEES) for adults who have serious mental illnesses. Services:

Prevention and Recovery in Early Psychosis (PREP) is a comprehensive treatment program for individuals (ages 13-32) in the early stages of psychosis (within a couple of years of onset of symptoms). Services are free to all who are eligible, regardless of insurance status. Call for more details.

Professional treatment for adolescents with co-occurring substance abuse and mental health disorders. A home-based program offering a spectrum of services, including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational enhancement therapy, peer support, individual, group and family therapy.

Services:

During your initial call, a member of the Behavioral Health Team will provide a brief screening and then other connect youth appropriate community resources or schedule an appointment for a mental health assessment. Assessments and an orientation to mental health services are also available without an appointment on a first-come, first served basis during Walk-in Wednesdays at the Soledad office. For those on Medi-Cal or who are Medi-Cal eligible, and who meet Medi-Cals Mental Health Program requirements, services include case management, referrals, and advocacy. Services delivered by licensed and license-eligible behavioral health professionals. Call for more information.
